  • Ensure that street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) are all correctly specified.
  • It's critical to provide accurate address information during the purchase process. We cannot be held responsible for any issues arising from lost, misplaced, or wrongly delivered shipments due to incorrect address details.

Worldwide Shipping

We're thrilled to offer worldwide shipping to bring our products to beauty enthusiasts around the globe. And here's the good news – we provide free shipping to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and most European countries. If your location falls outside these areas, don't worry – you'll see the shipping cost displayed at the checkout stage.

Special Considerations for Certain Addresses

For our customers with PO Boxes and APO/FPO military addresses, please note that deliveries to these locations may take a bit longer, up to 6 weeks. To expedite your delivery, we strongly recommend using a physical address when placing your order.

Split Shipments: Multiple Items, One Destination

In the event that you've ordered multiple items, it's possible that we'll split the shipment to ensure timely delivery. This means you may receive your items separately.

Taxes and Duties

When shipping internationally, the goods will be imported on behalf of the buyer. This means that you, the buyer, authorize GALMAO to import the goods on your behalf. Additionally, you agree that GALMAO may delegate the responsibility of importing the goods to a subcontractor, such as a customs broker. It's important to note that the consignee (the buyer) is responsible for paying any applicable taxes and duties in addition to the purchase price of the goods.

Processing Time

Once you place an order, it goes through a processing period, separate from the time it takes for the shipment to reach its destination after leaving our fulfillment center. The processing time, depending on various factors, can take up to 7 business days. Please note that this duration excludes Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.

Shipping Rates and Timelines

Shipping rates and delivery timelines can vary based on your chosen shipping method and the final destination of your order. Orders typically take 3-7 business days from the date they are shipped, not from the date of placement.

We utilize reliable carriers such as USPS, DHL, or FedEx for most of our shipping needs. As soon as your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email containing tracking information. Please ensure that you provide a valid email address. If you don't receive a tracking number within 8 business days of placing your order, reach out to us via email at, and remember to include your order number.

Shipping Fees

Please be aware that shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges in addition to the cost of returning the package to us. These fees will be deducted from the payment we received.

Delivery Claims

In the rare event of a non-delivery situation or if your tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier but you have not received it, we kindly ask you to contact us within 7 days to file a claim.

We are committed to assisting you in working with the carrier to complete the claims process. It's important to note that claims can take up to 30 days to conclude, depending on the shipping carrier used. Please remember that GALMAO does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered. Therefore, we do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as delivered.

Out of Stock Items

If your order includes multiple items, and one or more of these items are out of stock, we will proceed to ship the rest of your order. We will promptly contact you to discuss potential exchanges or the issuance of a refund to your original payment method for any item(s) that are not in stock.
